I can not see download sign on Samsung Galaxy Note3.how can I change it ???

If I'm downliading, I can't see the download sign and I don't know if still downloading or not...

Is your wifi or mobile data connection good?

Give more detail like what app you were using to download like Chrome, ES File Explorer etc
