I cant download any apps

I have 0002
I have 14.8 GB open
I have it switched on my sd card(14.8GB open)
I have tried formatting it. And tried using phone and sd storage .
It also allerts me that it takes out the sd randomly without me doing it

Which error do you see?
Have you tried to reset the play-store and play-services apps? Also clear cache and then restart?
Do you have a rooted device?
