I can't fool my face unlock with a picture.

Anyone else try it already. I've tried with picture and picture on my other phone. Don't think it's as easy as people make it out to be. Besides if you lost your phone what are the chances of someone have a portrait of you.

Keep in mind that was pre release software that was fooled. Perhaps Samsung fixed the issue.

face unlock is really unstable. It fails quite often. Iris is way better when I get the trick.

The Iris scanner works in the dark. Even in a bathroom with the light off. Just tried it lol

We all saw the video that showed a person unlocking an S8 with a photo. My theory has always been that the reporter did it as a stunt to get page views. I believe that the phone was trained using the photo and, thus, could be opened by the photo.
