I bought it not even a year ago. It's a Motorola 4G LTE with HD Video, Verizon... It shut off and I can't turn it back on. It is charged so there is no reason I can think of why it would turn off....grrrr... Please HELP!
I can't remember exactly what kind of Android I have.

If your battery is removable, Take it out and your model number will be below it. If not, it may be engraved in fine print on the back. Once you have that, Google that model number.
