I can't send messages in Vivo V5 throught 3rd party app

My default sms app is working 100% but, i've tried using other sms app in the play store and then i can't send sms. All of the app that i've downloaded cannot send sms but i can recieve sms. But when you use again the original sms, i can now send. Though, i have changed the "default" app for sms if you ask. Already restarted my phone. Turning on the airplane mode. I tried different apps but still won't work. Still there "other app" who's controlling my sms so that i can't send them through third party sms?

you may need to change your SIM. I faced a similar issue and tried permissions, clearing cache, uninstall of apps, factory reset of phone, upgrade to latest version, make google messages the default etc. finally I got a new sim and voila it worked.
