I can't set my own picture as my AOD.

I came from the S22U and I could take a picture and set is as my AOD by using the "set wallpaper" option. On the S24U the option to set it as AOD is no longer there. Is there another way to do this?

OneUI 7 did away with that as a stock option. You can still show the lockscreen wallpaper as an AOD one now, however. You can also install Good Lock and use Wonderland to customize the Lockscreen and AOD wallpaper/animation.

So if I DL Wonderland, I can set my own picture as an AOD? Or do I have to set a motion picture?

You can use your own background as AOD. You'll just have more options on what to set (like the animation of on/off screen). For the lockscreen, unfortunately, if you use Wonderland to create a screen animation, you won't be able to use any Wallpaper service (i.e. the rotating wallpapers Samsung supplies) and are limited to Gallery images only.
