I can't transfer my files from my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to my computer.

I have connected it to my computer and set it to "Transferring media files" but it's not showing up on my computer, please help.

What are you setting? If you have a good connection and everything enabled on both sides, you should see a request on the phone to allow media access. Once you approve that you can transfer files using Explorer. Or are you using something like Smartswitch?
