I did it - V20 traded in for a new G6

Hat's off to LG on this one. It just feels and performs like a quality phone.

The fact that you guys put the V20 on par with the G6... I might just have to check out the V30 when it comes out.

bad choice imo. g6 has same processor, half of the internal storage and no hifi dac and no removable battery

Yes, I think you would like it.. Compared to the G6, the V20 is a bit lighter.. It's nearly all metal and very premium feeling as well.

I switched to the G6, I upgraded my wife and went to it myself, just to test it out because with Jump, why not? I figured that I have a rare opportunity that people don't really have so why not.. I can always switch back. But I wanted to say, if you like the DAC in the V20, you'll be very disappointed.. the G6 DAC doesn't even come close.

Enjoy it! I really like the look of the G6, probably better than the S8, I love those tiny bezels. But I also feel the G6 sides are too thick and hard, making it uncomfortable to hold. The 13MP dual cameras​ look amazing though!

V20 is pretty great, I suggest getting a spare battery, but I bet you will love it

There are unlocked G6's from Korea with the DAC shipping to US. Says they change it to English setting before shipping. I would buy one, but it looks like one of the LTE bands for Verizon is missing. I didn't cross check the other carriers bands.
