I erased the wrong sprint apps and failed to nand backup

I am a noob and messed up. in all the excitement of finally rooting, flashing I failed to nand back up. then i deleted the wrong sprint system apps and my phone does not work. at first the phone called but no data. now nothing works.

http://forum.androidcentral.com/lg-optimus-s-rooting-roms-hacks/ if you can get into recovery you should be able to flash back to stock and start over. Go to the above thread. The members in that forum should be able to help you. I spent a lot of time lurking in those threads when I was thinking of buying the Optimus. They really know their stuff.
