I feel silly for asking ... but ... Plants vs Zombies (blush)

I downloaded it ... but when I fire it up, the hour glass shows up showing it is booting (I guess) and then it crashes back to the HTC Sense screen.

Is it not compatible? Or is it an operator error (which I am assuming it is )
