I forgot my alternate password

Hi
I had a fingerscan on my samsung s5 mini but i need to add my alternate password.
I forgot my alternate password. I tried to fix it with my samsung account but it tells me he can't unlock my phone because he's not connected with a network.
And my mobile data and my wifi are switched of.

I don't know what to do.
