I forgot my Passcode/PIN for my Scepter 8 Tablet

[Android Central Question]

I feel rather, actually really, stupid right now.
I apparently did NOT put my Passcode/PIN for my QLink Scepter 8 tablet.
I hadn't used it that much so I won't lose anything when I do a factory reset (if I'm able).

Any suggestions???
