This worked for the 1080 60fps. Nothing on the 4k though.

I actually have the issue at 60 fps regardless or resolution.
I don't have the issue with 30 fps.
I got the update a couple of days ago on my S20+. Have been usng another phone but finally got to test it today and it is still not good and the same issues with moving subjects and anything other than great light remain.
Here are a couple of my cat today taken a second or 2 apart, one looks to be back focussed, the other is just mushy throughout. He was not moving and whilst it was indoors the light was ok.
For comparison, the 3rd image was taken before I got the April update, equally as bad! Quite frankly it's a mess all round.

Well, at least this teaches us that Samsung does not have the camera chops matured. This is their sensor and their own internal camera design, and I think we can say with some confidence that it is not as good as their lower S20 and S20+ counterparts.
Side note: where did you get that TV stand, it looks awesome lol
