I am looking for better battery than the 16 had and better pictures. I am between 3 phones. 16 plus , 17 and S25 Ultra. I really like samsungs 120 hz but i like ios simplicity so what do you guys think?
Have you considered a Google Pixel? Samsung does make great devices, but they are chock full of features ... seeing you mentioned that you like iOS simplicity, it may not suite your wants. Pixels are a bit more "toned down".
Welcome to Android Central forums. 2 iPhones vs one Sammy... Yeah that's not fair to Apple. Hahaha. Anyway, have you considered the S24Ultra? If you can find one new, it truthfully has more features than the S25.
I would recommend looking at YouTube comparison videos. There are so many, I tried to find one comparing your 3 devices but they span too many years and models for one comprehensive comparison. Next best thing I can offer are these...
25vs17
25vs16
16vs17
For fun 24vs25
Of course these aren't the be all to end all, just starting points. We don't know what is important to you, or how important vs other things, so I always encourage users to check out comparison videos. There is usually a comparison for just about any combination of devices. The other day someone asked about some new device, maybe the S26, vs some 4 or 5 year old model and I found a video for it. Even I was kind of surprised on that one, but really these comparison videos are going to touch on more things, show the best features of each model and provide a more if not in depth then detailed comparison of the two.
I found your 3 models and a couple of others side by side comparing battery life. That was one of the things you mentioned.

I had a 17 Pro Max and switched to the OnePlus 15. To me the photos are as good but I use my Nikon for really good pictures. However the battery life on the OP15 is like comparing a Garmin to an Apple watch. Easily two full days
