please...How to switch between many windows in note 5
(apps windows or main windows)
2 problems i have :

1- in my previous phones i could do this with only clicking in the white point and go directly in the window...
but couldn't in my note 5 so if i will have 7 or more so how to switch diretly from 1 to 7 for example.

2- they removed even when you switch to the next of the last window...in my note 2 the next window of the last window is the first window but in note 5 it blocks in the last window so you must go back

please if anyone have a solution please tell me...don't like this thing

You'd have to use a different launcher. I made my middle screen my home screen so it's easier to swipe to other screens.

note 5 question
when using gmail and opening a pdf or file on my old note 4 options appeared on what type of pdf app i could use.
it would ask just once or always
now on the note5 when opening a file it defaults to the last app i used
i then i have to got to settings app menu and clear the default app
driving me nuts! help please
thanks
steve

One you open something in a certain app, that's the default always. I think different launchers or maybe an app might fix that, but there's no other way.

I had the Note 5, and compared this feature with the Note 4. It's basically the same functionality. On the Note 4, just hold the button on the pen and simultaneously tap twice on the lock screen to get the Action Memo. In the overall scheme of things, it's just as efficient and convenient.

I didn't know I could do this. Thanks.

Exactly, the only difference with the Note 5 is when it's in sleep mode, but chances are after when we finished writing, we most likely would want to wake up our phone anyway to check our other notes, email, surf, etc. So not much time saving compared to the Note 4. Besides with the Note 4, as soon as we pull out our SPen, we immediately get the lock screen, then double tap to launch Action Memo.

This "new" feature reminds me of the Galaxy Round, rocking the device to show notifications in sleep mode, when we can do that already with Air Gesture.

I see time saving in the writing a note quickly. Sometimes there isn't time to open something or press something else. I really haven't used it must, except to test it, but I'm still learning to use an Spen. For anything.

In terms of time saving, it's identical with the Note 4. Another way is go to SPen setting, choose Action Memo in Detachment Options. Action Memo will immediately appear on the lock screen as soon as you pull out the SPen. The other way as I already have mentioned is press the SPen button and double tap the screen.

In all honesty, even though the Note 5 specs are slightly better than the Note 4, Samsung has really taken away some useful functionality that the Note 4 has, not just the sd card support and swappable battery.

Is there an option to keep the back arrow lit in note 5? My note 3 has it under display>more settings. I cannot find that option in VZW note 5?

I don't think there's a way to change it either way. I would prefer mine off.

Back arrow light can be turned off by switching to Power Saving Mode
There is not a specific setting to turn this off.
On the Note 4 you could turn it off.
Absolutely ridiculous the Note 5 doesn't have this option.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the problem, sure you can turn it off

I think this discussion will help with those two arrows you have. http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-note-5/588447-unidentified-icon.html

To save a screen shot you want to save it to your gallery using the little icon on the bottom after you've written on the screen. Then you can attach it to your message through the app.
