I have a pop up ad virus pls help

[AC Question]

I downloaded an apk but the app didnt have any name it was just blank.
Everytime i open an app it appears as another app with no name and opens an advert.
What should i do? Im really desperate.Only thing i can figure out is to wipe the device.
ps: i tried all antivirus apps and also deleted the sistem files which were created right after the installation of the virus.
