I have a Samsung galaxy s7. Forgot the pattern lock. I don't want to lose memos after factory reset.

Forgot my pattern lock so I have to factory reset. The thing is that I have hundreds of very important notes used in the pre-installed app "memos." After I reset my phone, can I restore the memo files? I do have a Samsung account set up on the phone as well as google. I'm not even sure if they're saved in Google Drive. Any suggestions?

If you reset, the device wipes all! It will be like it was out of the box. If you haven't backed up somewhere, you will lose everything on the phone.
Maybe take it to a Samsung service centre with your credentials and they may be able to help you with this..
