I have hidden data in my internal storage, how to free it up?

[Android Central Question]

Hello, my internal storage got full, (my basic storage is SD card, so all photos and misc. is there). I started deleting apps that are in the internal, I kept deleting apps but it keep saying it's full, if you lock at the screenshot it says:
Total = 8.00GB, space of OS = 3.38GB, Apps = 1.47 and Available = 0 .00B

so there is hidden 3.15GB, how to free it up? help please

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? You're not going to get very far these days with a phone that only has 8 GB of internal storage.

You could try wiping the cache partition, if your phone supports that.

That is small storage the device came with , is the SD card formated to internal storage?
