i already using my honor 8 for 3 weeks, at 1st all was okay. but this lately i got problem with connection from sim 2, when i make phone call using sim 2, other people cannot hear my voice, its like bad connection but i hear they voice loud and very clear. Pls advise if u got the same problem? what should i do? is this like some factory failure product.

Have you tried to restart the phone?

Also check out if the sim card is placed in correctly to be read. Have you tried switching the sims around to see if it is your other sim, or the slot itself?

I already doing that, try to switch it and the problem still the same, i also try using a diffrent provider thought its was the provider connection problem, but same, not working... can someone advise how to check our guarantee by online using some application, coz when i buy this, the seller show me a huawei application who can directly check our guarantee period by input our IMEI number. Now i began to think that my devide is not original or some factory failure product

So does auto brightness not work on this phone? Auto seems to always move that slider on to the dimmest setting. I have auto checked off.

It works much better now. Make sure you have the latest update installed.
 
Does the screen get bright enough?
It seemed a little dim with auto brightness turned off although I was comparing it to a super amoled screen on the Moto Z.

Since the update, I have had no issues with brightness and I only use auto brightness.
