I have the Sprint LG G2 in hand

I wonder why not. Maybe Sprint doesn't have the bargaining power?

I for one don't want any carrier logo anywhere on my phone, so I love the fact that Sprint let's the manufacturer keep the device the way they intend.

Got my G2 for Sprint on 10/11 at an LG training event. Switched from the ONE. I like it so far...definitely faster. Still trying to get a good feel for battery life. Main problem has been connectivity. I have LTE coverage at home and work but find that I'll drop down to 3G and have to update PRL at least twice a day. My LG rep has been in to get feedback and says this is a widespread problem with the phone.

Is this all of the bands, or just band 25?

I'm not to0 proficient when it comes to LTE bands. All I know is it is tri-band. The first phone that Sprints put out that is capable. As far as I know, Sprints LTE only operates at 1900& 2400(or something like that, sorry, as I said, I'm not up to speed on network stuff). However, I do know that the 3rd band is 800mhtz, which is the old Nextel spectrum that they are in the process of converting to Sprint LTE. So you won't be able to make use of the tri-band capability until the first or second quarter of 2014
