i have two att&t unlocked galaxy s-3 ans s-4 , neither willup date to t-mobie updates at all
each phone I cannot up grade at all , keeps saying I must wait 24 hours , while a clock counts down , silly . I have no control of either phone really , do I need to root or what? o have gone to t-mobie ,which much better server I think ,but still doesn't work right , cant afford news phones, if own these cellphones shouldn't ,they do what I want
