The have a great page for the Note 8 case compatibility, so I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I hope the UAG Monarch series is compatible as it was for the Note 8!

I went with the monarch over the plasma series for the note 8 because of compatibility issues with the Whitestone. I've preferred the plasma series in the past, hopefully they fix that with the 9
