since it sounds like you weren't specifically needing the 3g functionality, did you have that turned on in the Connections setting? Will be interesting to see if turning it off boosts battery life.Today I took the watch off of charge at 7:30am and at 10:18pm it's at 10%. I received the normal email/notices, used S voice several times, did not use it without phone nor did I use the call function. I consider this minimum/normal usage.

Silly me, I just remembered the title of this thread mentions Verizon.I am with Verizon and I got a separate number for the watch. The cost per month $5.
