I keep trying BB10 gestures . . .

My phone before this Pixel was the BlackBerry Priv on Marshmallow, so it has been a couple of years since I've used BB10 on a regular basis. With the new gestures in Android P though I keep trying to swipe up and then to the left to go to my other apps. I also keep trying to swipe to the side when I want to close a recent app. Personally I love the new gestures on Android P. They became so ingrained and natural on BB10.

I definitely see what you are saying! BB10 was so innovative, IMO. I remember switching to the Nexus 5 from a BlackBerry Q10; and trying to swipe right to open up the BlackBerry Hub on a Google phone. I'm sure in time, you will get used to the Pie gestures and your swiping will be more "accurate!" And congratulations on your new and shiny Pixel 2! Did you get the smaller 2 or the 2 XL?

Thanks! I got the 2XL. Loving it so far. Especially the insane battery life. I took it off charge yesterday morning and just plugged it in now over 36 hours later, with almost 6 hours of SOT.

Wow has been a while since I've used BB10 but I definitely understand where you're coming from regarding the gestures. I do still have my Z30... maybe I can pop that out and start playing around with it for old time's sake? Lol

@00stryder and @Eggmundo , I still use my Z30 on wifi for music and some browsing from time to time. The flow of that UI is unmatched. And I would absolutely love to swipe to the Hub as well, although I hear that with some launchers you can set that up.
