I know this is going to seem like blasphemy but is there a way to get iMessage to work on the S6?

If they made hangouts more reliable and smoother with the ability to use SMS over WiFi then I would be all in. IMesaage is a much more worked out product

Not sure about SMS but Whatsapp works over wifi.

As I said she's not tech savy

she doesn't have to be tech savvy. if she has thumbs she'll be able to use it, and u can install it for her.

True. In think I'll try mighty text sounds like what I'm looking for. Or I'll tell her to download Facebook messenger. She has a Facebook

Totally agree but I use Android and some family use iPhone so it is what it is

I agree with you. IMessage isn't so great its gonna make me switch from Android LOL. Just was wondering if android had a similar app. If At&t had messages over WiFi I'd be fine

They make great products and lately have been taking a peek behind more frequently at Android, at least here is the US.
