I Locked my husband's Phone and now I can't UNlock it!

I bought her note 9 from Best Buy as a universal unlocked phone.

My note 10+ was bought from Best Buy as a universal unlocked phone.

I DO NOT WANT FOR ANY REASON..A PHONE BOUGHT FROM A CARRIER.
Don't care what kind of deal they have
I wind up getting screwed.

Don't want it sims locked. Or carrier software on my phone.
The carrier will tell you the phone can be sims unlocked when you pay for the phone.
Guess you have to have it flashed.
Cause its locked to the network the phone was on.


Best Buy will let you make payments too.


I write a check for the phone.

Thanks! It's unlocked but it reformatted when the Verizon lady put my info in her computer to get me back up and running (sigh). I had a feeling that was going to happen but she promised it wouldn't. Last thing I wanted to do right now is spend a week tweaking and customizing. Strange that a photo of a red Lambo in front of a Vegas resort came up as my home page. That hasn't been my home page photo in months.

So glad your phone is unlocked, but after all that, I was hoping you wouldn't have to reconfigure things. (I think you tried every possible solution.)

At least you can move forward now, although that's probably not much of a consolation.
