I locked myself out of my Lg k7. How do i enter my backup pin?

I can't open my Lg k7 because I forgot my passcode, but i remembered my backup pin code. How do I enter my backup pin on the phone without doing a factory reset?

I don't know what you mean by "passcode", but try several wrong entries of whatever it is you mean by that to bring up the backup PIN option.

There's usually one password or one PIN to get into the phone - no "backup PIN". And no way of defeating the password. (It wouldn't be very secure if there were, would it?)

In the future, write the password down and stick it in a sock drawer or something.
