I loled - Why iPhone is better than the HTC One

Groundwork for iOS awesomeness? And what would that be? Another row of "flatter" icons? Wait...I know...the flatter icons, along with the background, will tilt when you move the phone around! Awsome! Another great innovation by the best innovative company in the world!!!

What I don't get is that people balked about the plastic S4 because it felt cheap compared to the iphone which is aluminum. Now that the iphone has plastic in the form of the iphone 5cheap, people are all going googley over it and literally drooling saliva on their chin. Is it because they look like skittles and they are hungry? Maybe they should sell the 5c in a colored paper wrapper. All in all, I'm just glad apple has decided to let people have an ounce of individuality for a change......

IOS 7 is far more then a redesign. But you won't be able to see it. But from other posts that I've seen by you, you hate Apple so much there is no point having a discussion with you.

I hate apple. But their products are of great design and the experience is probably second to none but their business practices makes me hate them. So I will not give apple any of my money. Apple backed themselves in a corner. Think about it. They have thrown so many lawsuits at various manufacturers for copyright infringement forcing android manufacturers to patent their software. Since apple refuses to pay royalties to any android maker, there's really nowhere for them to innovate. Sure they will come out with little things here and there such as finger print readers and 64 bit processors (which are already under development by google, arm, qualcomm and other sources) but that's about it. Besides apple likes to have total control. So much so that it totally ruins it for me to have an urge.

The 'Experience' of opening a phone package? What is the dude expecting, soft violin music and a breath mint in the box? Complaining about the charger too? I'm surprised he didn't lick the phone, and complain about the taste.

Find it funny, I think the sense5 ui is pretty darn good and works better out of the box than my sgs3 did. Also looks more elegant than ios 7 (i have three apple device's that are my wife and sons and two android that are mine). I interchange usage based on what's near by and not biased as I also owned my own iPhone. So with that said I think the author just wanted to be biased.

With any new device and platform you need to spend more than 2 seconds on it.

This guy's blog is completely nonsensical.

Last I noticed, my HTC One has given me seamless performance. I've had it for over a month now and not had any lag, freezing, problems with any file/data transfers, or anything else.

I am by no means an Apple hater. I came VERY close to purchasing an iPhone 5 until I discovered the HTC One. Before that, I was using the HTC Evo 3D. Before that, a dumbphone. But I've always done research on smartphones since my first one.

And seriously... who complains about packaging not having super high quality? Apparently this guy.

Yes, I'll agree that Apple phones are nice. There's no denying the facts.

But here's another fact that cannot be denied:

The HTC One is superior to the Apple iPhone 4/s and iPhone 5/s/c.

FACT.

No thanks. I wouldn't want the iPhone 5/s. I'd rather have 2GB RAM as opposed to 1GB RAM.

I'd rather have quad-core 1.7GHz CPUs as opposed to dual-core 1.3GHz CPUs.

I'd rather have an aluminum body as opposed to plastic.

I'd rather have a 2300mAh battery as opposed to 1400mAh (or whatever it is).

I'd rather have the option to truly customized my phone with root as opposed to being forced to use only what's provided at purchase.

These are just a few things of many...

When it first got released everyone used to think (at least I did) that it was the most 'expensive' and premium phone there is. Now almost everyone has one and it costs the exact same as other smartphones today. iOS 7 is exclusively bad and the newly released iPhones are also laughingly bad. Also what is it with people thinking Apple is so premium? Didn't they just release a plastic phone? Looks like that's the end for them, I just don't know why people keep buying their phones.

It's a shame Steve Jobs passed, and it shows a lot..

In the United States on all 4 major carriers they have been the top selling smartphone. I think they don't need to try.

Who cares if my computer is thicker than 5mm, it's a desktop, not a laptop. My gaming rig is in a mid size tower(not too big and not super heavy either) and will crush that iMac at anything, guaranteed. For the price you pay for that thing you could build something twice as good as long as you want to put a little work into it, and it's pretty much that simple. No matter how you look at it, the products you get from Apple are over prices for what you get. Regardless of how good they may be. The only thing I would say is a good buy for the money is the iPod line, and not even all of those are.

OSX is just so so SOOOO much better then windows. Totally not over priced at all.
