I lost all my Apps on my SD card. My phone is Samsung J2 prime. What should I do?

I tried to reboot it many time. I even pull my battery off and the Sd card. Turn the power off and back but it doesn't work.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you use the Move to SD feature to move a portion of an app to the SD card? If the card has a problem, then the app won't work any more -- you'd have to uninstall the app, and then reinstall it.

Does the phone still even detect the card? If not, then the card has failed. Get a new one.
