I lost my sense home service on my Hic one m9

[AC Question]

My Hic one m9 battery drained while on a flight. Went to restart after charging it and said sense home was not operating. Went to app manager and under sense home the button disable was activated with no chance to enable it? I don't want to lose all my data by factory reset. Any ideas?
