i messed up bad where/how do I reinstall at&t software updates I uninstalled it

Please someone help me iv tried all I no to re install at&t software updates but I cant find it any where I uninstalled it using the app clean master because I backed it up but now it just says application not installed every time I try to re install it so please help if you can... am I screwed?

Anyone know why every time I try to install at&t software updates from the file backed up by clean master says application not installed after I hit install? Is there any other way to get the at&t software updates/ wssyncmld.apk back installed and working?

Is there any other way to get updates with out using my computer? Is there an samsung updates? Or any other app I could use to check for updates directly on my phone? Please I really want at&t software updates or any thing that checks for updates? Help me id be very grateful.
