I need an app to monitor my 13 year olds LG2 we just gave her.

I need an app to monitor the LG2 I just transferred over to my 13 year old. We want to monitor her texts, including any Whatsapp, skype or any other messaging apps. Price is not a factor, I just need something that has remote monitoring access, is reliable, and has the ability to keep a log of events.
