I need help ! I deleted my os. I have TWRP atleast and have the stock os on my sd card

Plz guys help walk me through this I tried flashing the os through TWRP but it just says it failed plz help

You can't flash the OS through recovery mode. I did a short guide on how to flash the stock ROM on your phone, but you'd need to buy the mobile Odin app. Better than having to get your device replaced, but Idk if you'd be willing to do it.
