Hey
I Bought refurbished zenfon 3 max.
when I turn on the device I am not seen ant operation system. instead, i see a Japanise\ English old fashion menu with many tests such as GPS, USB, radio, headphones and more...
someone know what should I do to fix it? (Except asking for my money back)

Have you found a solution to your problem yet? Try doing a soft reset on the phone (press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the phone shuts down - it should restart afterwards) to see if anything changes.
