I need help with my LG k30 i want my saved attachments

I want my saved attachments to go to my gallery not my downloads folder

Saved attachments from where? Are they image files or some other kinds of files (like PDFs)?

Using a file manager app, look in the /Download directory and make sure there isn't a file called ".nomedia" -- if you find one, delete it.
