Hello I need help I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 IDK why my battery dies so fast like it's on 100% and on like 20-30 minutes is already on 8% I also need help my tocuh with tve finger does not work i can only use ir with the pen that comes with the phone please someone help any solutions?

Welcome to Android Central! How old is the battery? Chances are that it's failing. Try a new or different battery.

If the phone never responds to touch, then the touchscreen digitizer has probably failed. You can still use the S Pen because that uses a different technology to register a touch.

1. Battery issue: What version of Android is your SGN3 running? Mine was upgrade from 4.4 to 5.0. Unfortunately when that was done successfully, the power management aspect of 4.4 wasn't overwritten (what it seems like) by that of 5.0 and as such, my battery charges very fast and drains very fast. I've been advised to get the stock ROM for my region (which finding is easier said than done) and flash my phone (also an SGN3, SM-N900).

2. Screen touch issue: try dialing the phone number *#0*# to call up a hardware test service menu hidden in the phone (on typing the last character -the hash- the menu will appear). Watch the video I've shared via:

I did it on my phone. I don't know if/how much it will work to resolve your touch issue but I guess its worth a try.
