i need some major help :(

soo, i walked downstairs and left my phone at 20% battery on my bed ( didnt think anything of it). i come back upstairs 2 hours later and the phone is DEAD and when i plug it in, the screen is all black. NOTHING. the keypad works and sounds still work but thats it what do i do ?! !? PLEASE HELP.

Try a 3 button reset, or better yet, unplug it, pull the battery, put the battery back in and plug it back in. Mine goes coo coo cachoo sometimes too where it will do something similar.

Sahmbo1 has a good idea. Pull the battery and let it sit out of the phone for say 5 or 10 minutes.
Then put the battery back into the phone, and try to plug the phone in.

Dont try to turn it on or anyting as the battery will be close to dead or not have enough power to turn its self on.

There is a good chance that if your keypad and the like still work, and a soft reset isn't fixing it, that your problem may be unrelated to your battery and you may just have lcd failure. I would suggest taking it to a repair center. As long as they have the part its a pretty quick fix. If you don't have insurance just be prepared to pay the $35.00 service fee.
