I doubt you can do it for free. First people to ask is Voda. There are also online companies that can assist but all will make a charge

Pugs is correct. U may want to contact you're carrier. I don't know how voda works (or what exactly you're doing) but with Verizon, our sims are unlocked & if i was to lock my sim by accident (which i did last week by the way) i can get the PUG number just by logging into my account. Btw, Getting your free SIM unlock code for you're S7 from your service provider is pretty simple. As long as you meet your service provider’s requirements, you should be able to follow the steps below to SIM unlock your phone.
Dial*#06# from your phone to display the IMEI number.
Write the*IMEI number on a piece of paper for easy reference.
Contact your carrier’s customer service and ask for*you're S7′s SIM unlock code.
Give the customer service rep youre S7 IMEI number to complete the SIM*unlock request.
You're SIM unlock code will typically be emailed to you in*1-3 days. Give or take.

SIM unlock you're S7

Remove the SIM*card from the S7. Insert a*SIM card from another service provider into the phone. Enter the SIM unlock code. It should work after that.
