I put in a few wyzecams and they're excellent

But my V30 will not show a picture from them. I hooked up my ZTE axon7, an iPhone 6s, and a oneplus 6T.all work flawlessly. My V30 no picture. Any help would be appreciated. I already turned to wyze for help. They tried everything, but couldn't figure it out.

Are you using the Wize appor another application?
