I Really Need Help! ASAP

I downloaded this CUSTOM ROM for my Galaxy s3 i747. When It started, No more Status Bar, Cant See My recent Apps, can't screenshot, and many bugs. I reset it many times. I wipe Cache and Dalvik.. but still the Same. how can I tell if I'm in custom ROM. It looks the same. Its just No Status Bar. the ROM was suppose to look like 4.3.. my parents are getting mad at me. I REALLY REALLY NEED HELP!!!

Your parents are right (parents always are).
You screwed up and I doubt very much it can be reversed.
You effectively bricked it. Your fault.
Deal with it.
