i'm installing that same update right now (T-Mobile, USA). I assumed it was to address the Stagefright issue but it's a pretty big update for a small patch, any idea what else is in there?

I forgot to install it yesterday and until now the updated still postpone on my device!

To my knowledge its a bug fix and 4g service update. The stagefreight update is under 60 mb.

I installed it this morning. Sprint USA No noticeable difference yet. Then again, i didn't have any issues before it, lol
