I recommend ordering from T-Mobile online

I ordered a blue 32G on Sun 11/23 and it arrived on Fri 11/28. I had to order online because none of the T-Mobile stores in the Phoenix/Mesa area that I went to had any in stock and I was told no AZ stores have them yet.

I took the phone to one of the stores I had visited to buy a case and have my current sim card trimmed to fit the N6 and the employees were surprised I actually had the phone since they still don't know when any stores around here will have them to sell.

Just for fun I checked Google Play and Motorola and of course they are out of stock. The whole distribution method is bizarre and very unorganized.

The N6 is an awesome upgrade from my N4 and when you finallly get one you won't be disappointed!

Out if curiosity what was your shipping speed? Are you a new customer or existing? About to make the switch as a new customer myself but don't want to be in shipping limbo.

That's weird. You'd think you could find that phone in a big metropolitan area like that. I found mine in the second closest tmobile to me. Pasadena Texas. About 150,000 population. Go figure.

I ordered from Tmo on 11/24 but the 64gb model and have not received any shipping updates. I assume the 64gb has been on extensive backorder compared to the 32gb models. Out of curiosity, did you receive shipping updates when the phone went out or did it appear at your doorsteps without any notifications from Tmo?

I received updates from TMO and then from UPS when it was actually shipped.

I'm a current TMO customer. I used the next day shipping option and curiously the $24.99 fee was refunded to me via an account credit. Just an FYI, the phone has no TMO branding or logos of any kind and the only bloatware is a small TMO app that can be easily removed.

I love you man. I'd like to buy you a drink. Just casually saw your post and verified it was true. I decided I wouldn't lose anything by making a phone call.

I ordered the phone on 11/19 and received 11/21. Didn't see anything about price guarantees but I politely mentioned that I was a new customer that purchased the phone less than 14 days ago.

After a brief hold, she applied the $48 credit to my Equipment Balance---effectively wiping out one payment completely and most of another. I went from owing $670 to around $622.

Again, thank you. I love this phone and saving another $48 was icing on the cake.

Hopefully, they'll adjust your order to the new price. It is amazing to me that being a new customer not only got me the phone quick but also got me a price adjustment for the price of a 20 minute call, including hold time.

My 32 gif blue arrived in exactly 4 working days. Shipped out with a tracking # same day I ordered. T-mobile is awesome. They shipped my wife's iPhone 6 plus overnite for free.
