I reserved it when the option first became available and now, while reading through all these threads, I just got an email from Samsung providing me a link and I just pre-ordered my 512 Ultra Mystic Black. It still doesn't work for me in the Samsung Shop app though. But yes, they do email you.
Yesterday, when I clicked on the pre-registration pre-order email on my PC and started to place my pre-order, it showed a $200 credit up until the final checkout step, when it mysteriously and silently changed to $150 and the total went up by $50, compared to the supposedly final total that was shown just before the checkout step.I'm not sure I'm buying, but I wanted to see if the promos work. When I clicked on the email link I don't get a $50 credit. Customer support is supposed to be emailing me a code later. If anyone else had an issue with the $200 accessory promo reducing to $150, they're supposed to be working on that as well.
I had issues trying to order from work. It wouldn't accept my employee discount, but I wouldn't budge! Once home, it went through like butter. Maybe try using a different browser?
