I reserved a week ago. Do they send us an email?

So I got an email last week to reserve the Note 20. Anyway do they send us with an email with a special link so we can get the extra $50 credit?
 
I reserved it when the option first became available and now, while reading through all these threads, I just got an email from Samsung providing me a link and I just pre-ordered my 512 Ultra Mystic Black. It still doesn't work for me in the Samsung Shop app though. But yes, they do email you.

Ok so I'm in and when I go to "place order" the button is greyed out. Can we get the cart ready but won't let us order until 12am?
 
You should have been able to order, I've had no problem doing so using the link from the email.
 
Maybe you're missing some sort of selection. There are a lot of missable options so double check those.
 
I'm not sure I'm buying, but I wanted to see if the promos work. When I clicked on the email link I don't get a $50 credit. Customer support is supposed to be emailing me a code later. If anyone else had an issue with the $200 accessory promo reducing to $150, they're supposed to be working on that as well.
 
I had issues trying to order from work. It wouldn't accept my employee discount, but I wouldn't budge! Once home, it went through like butter. Maybe try using a different browser?

Yesterday, when I clicked on the pre-registration pre-order email on my PC and started to place my pre-order, it showed a $200 credit up until the final checkout step, when it mysteriously and silently changed to $150 and the total went up by $50, compared to the supposedly final total that was shown just before the checkout step.

I went back and retried the whole process a few times with the same result. Then I tried it from my phone instead, and it worked properly with the full $200 credit.

EDIT: Just this morning, I received an updated pre-order invitation from Samsung that started with "whoops!", and said to use the new email in place of the old one in order to fix the problem. But I had already fixed it by doing it all from my phone.

Samsung offers my employer a discount, so I make all my purchases using the account under my work email.
