I restored a backup in TWRP?

[AC Question]

Ok. so i have a galaxy nexus. with TWRP and i flashed a rom i didn like (shinyROM 4.4.4) so i restored my backup (slimkat 4.4.4).

And it seems slow now and i was thinking maybe that i flash a another rom and restore back to a 3 day old backup may have broke some of my google services or something?
