rooted and franco kernel : can i flash image?

Hi
i thought i'd find an answer easily but didn't manage to.... so here's my question:
i'm on a nexus 5, rooted, clockwork mod, franco kernel and stock rom.
I'm thinking about flashing 5.1.1 image that just went out today.
Can i do it? and will i have to re root, re install clockwork mod, and re flash kernel?

Yup. You can flash the new ROM. Shouldn't be a big deal. You will have to root and reflash the custom recovery if you want franco kernel back.
