I still haven't received my January security update on my pixel 3

[Android Central Question]

I'm still on December's update. The only thing I can think of is I did unlock my bootloader, but I'm not rooted and on stock. I've only had my phone for a few months. I'm on Google fi. Any thoughts why it still hasn't come through?
