I think I may have found a problem on my Nexus 7 2013 :(

OK it's only a minor thing but I was wondering if anyone has any idea.

I've just bought an official Google QI wireless charger from the Google Play store in Australia. Now when I put my Nexus 7 on the charger while the screen is off, nothing happens, no matter how much I move it about. If I turn it on and it's in the right place it starts charging, if I put it on the charger while it's on it starts charging and then charges fine. It goes into Daydream no problem while charging, it's just that initial placement. On a Youtube video I saw it appears it should make a chime noise and light up when I put it on with the screen off.

Has anyone else had this? And if it's charging OK is it likely to be a problem?

OK just to let you know problem solved. In my eagerness to test my charger I put the Nexus 7 on at 97% I ran it down to below 95% and now it comes on and makes the sound. It seems it has to be below 95%
