I think I might of goofed

I went and ordered a case for my Note 5 from what I think is Red pepper web site. They charge my card and send me a email with invoice. I wait about a week but no email confirming shipping. I call their number, get weird voice mail saying use their email service for orders. I send an email asking about my order. No reply. Wait another couple of days and call again and leave a message. Still no reply. Today I am looking on the web and find that there are two different web sites. redpeppercases.com ( the one that I ordered from) and redpepper-case.com. Redpepper-case.com has a banner for the note 5 but no way to order it. The big question is did I just get scammed. Has anyone dealt with either or both of these web sites.

Both of those sites look a little shady. The one with the - looks a little more legit, I'm just speculating though.
