I think I skipped 6.0 update

So got a new nexus 6 started getting all the updates until it finally came to 6.0. I was playing some games so when it would ask to install I kept hitting later. Eventually it didn't ask anymore. When I check system updates in settings it says up to date but I am 5.1.1 build lmy48z. I know the file downloaded and i had about 600 extra mb in my cache so I thought if I deleted that it might re download but no luck. I also got a new update yesterday that was about 15mb and after installing that I'm thinking I mightve skipped or prevented marshmallow on my phone now? Will my phone eventually get 6.0 to download again?

Yes, try clearing cache of Google play services.

Restart the phone

Or go into download mode and wipe cache
